Design Notes

To get this part, we extracted human breast cancer cell line Mcf-7 cDNA. And then we designed primers to get this gene fragment with prefix and suffix. Because the sequence of beta -tubulin has a PstI restriction enzyme cutting site. So we use point mutation to mutate these sites.
